Who we are
Catalyst Health Labs is an information and matching service that helps men evaluate hormone optimization options and connect with independent licensed clinicians and clinics. We are not a medical provider. We do not diagnose, prescribe, or deliver care. Treatment is provided by partner providers operating under their own policies.

We collect information you give us directly, information collected automatically when you use the site, and information we receive from partners.
Information you give us
- Name and email address when you complete the eligibility quiz or subscribe to updates.
- Quiz responses such as goals, symptoms, budget, treatment preferences, readiness, and prior bloodwork or TRT experience.
- Messages or questions you send us through contact forms or email.
Information collected automatically
- Device and browser information (user agent, screen size, OS).
- IP address and approximate location derived from it.
- Pages visited, links clicked, time spent, referral source, and interactions with quiz steps.
- Cookies, local storage, and similar technologies (see Cookies and tracking).
Information from partners
When you click an affiliate link and start care with a partner provider, we may receive limited reporting from that provider or affiliate network indicating whether a referral converted. We do not receive your medical records or any details of your care.
